The ‘Känguruh’ youth centre and the Volkssolidarität youth room have moved together to the ‘Zwecke’ - the multi-purpose building next to the Himmelreich school below the Paul Griffzu School.

The Youth Atlas summarises statistical data on child and youth welfare in the city of Suhl. The data is presented in time series of 4 - 5 years. If the presentation is aimed at comparisons with other local authorities or if clarity is not required, the data for the previous calendar year is shown.

The data is obtained from various sources. These include the annual population statistics of the city of Suhl, statistics from independent youth welfare organisations and the Thuringian State Office of Administration. The majority of the data is taken from the Youth and School Administration Office's own statistics.
